“Forward visibility & data analysis gives right tools to middle & senior managers to proactively look at the business directions. Also a lot of time is saved in analysis over previous method using Excel. Lastly the management can see data on daily basis over monthly previously, so the decisions can be taken at the right time & not delayed where they become irrelevant.”
