Creating a Column

Authorized user can create a column .

Following information is required for creating a column.

Band ID

By default Band ID will start with 1 & so on.You can change the Band ID if required.

Column ID

By default Column ID will  start with 1 & so on.You can change the Column ID if required.

Order No.

Column Order No.will start with 1 & so on. User can change the Order No. if required.

Caption

Give Caption for the column.

Field Name

Give Field Name for the column

Column

Give proper data type for the column.

Display Format

For displaying in different format.

example: dd/mm/yy

Min Width                                                                                                

Minimum width can be given for particular column.

Freeze Col.

Give the facility to freeze column.

Summary

To display summary details.

Pivot Area

Select area of column.

example: To display column in report, row wise then select Row area

Summary Category

To display all columns summary select Multiple.

Summary Type

To display Summary Type,

for example Count.

Variation Type

To display Variation Type,

for example percentage.

Group Interval

To display datewise, monthwise, yearwise, quaterwise report

example : Group Interval Monthwise then displays month wise transaction

Is Pivot

To display pivoted column in report.
