Assumptions for 1KEY
| • | Select Card Caption at the time of creating Card Report. |
| • | Select type as Banded View to create Banded Report. |
| • | If there is change in database schema like adding column to database or deleting column to database then user has to Generate Column to Reflect it in 1KEY report Method is : |
Steps : Report writer --Select particular report --Select level --Click generate columns--Save
| • | Give virtual path of data file when non RDBMS backend is selected |
ex. Select Database:\\Krishna\c\maia\Data\North wind.mdb
Virtual Path :C:\maia\Data\North wind.mdb
| • | Give proper Username and Password for RDBMS backend. |
| • | If you are using local machine as a server then path for Query Builder is http//:localhost/QBWS |
| • | While working as a client path for Query builder is http//:Server Name/QBWS |
| • | Outlook Express Should be configured with User Name to work with email uility. |
| • | Excel Data can be accessed only from Server. |
| • | DBMS database should be executed from server where QBWS web services is Installed. |
| • | For Oracle Database, provide service name in Host Name textbox. |
| • | Sybase ,MySQL Database will be supported in next version. |
| • | Give Activation and Registration key. |
| • | Give Username as a "Admin" and Password as a "system". |
