Create a Multilevel Report

 

Add Level to a new or existing report that contain different content to create a multiple-Level

report.

 

In this topic, you learn how to create a multiple-Level report that shows several sales

performance reports.

 

It should take 15 to 20 minutes to complete this topic, and your report will look like this.

 

 

 

 

Prerequisites:

 

Domain should be created
Server should be created.
Query should be created.
Admin rights should be present.

 

Steps:

 

Click on Report Manager menu.
Click on Report Writer tab.
Click on Add Report.
Give Caption Name and select Report Type as a View Report.
Checked the Checkbox if you want to published report.
Click on accept changes
Select Report and click on Add Level ("see Creating a Level")
Fill all the entries.
Click on accept changes.
Select Report and click on Add Level.
Give parent lvl ID and set Parent Keys and Child Keys Relationship.

 

 

Click on Save.

Click on Exit.

Click on "My Desk" menu.

Click on Public Report button.

Click on Domain.

Select the report.

Click on Show Report button.
