To create different level for report can be done using a Multi level report. The levels can be customised as perthe requirement and create reports using multiple database.

Role Based report will create a paramterised report format. It is an Advance report for the defined parameters.

From here the report can be emailed to a specified users email id.

Interval group will let the user view the report in Day, Week, Month, Quarter, Year etc formats for the Date field.

The Common Group Panel is displayed above the highest level of the report. You can drag headers from inner levels and drop them on the Group Panel to group the entire report under it.

The user can apply certain functions such as sort, filter or group the report by dragging the column header.

Grid lines will be created which will be the rows of the report.

Indicator indicates the cursor position on the report with a '>' mark. Indicator is displayed as a narrow column before the first data column.

The user can calculate the numeric data in Sum, Min, Max, Average etc, this can be done by right clicking on the Footer data.

Tool tip will display information on elements such as buttons and icons displayed on the 1KEY View report window.

Vertical lines will create line for column view of the report.

This will sort the data in Ascending order.

This will sort the data in Descending order.

Style condition will provide to give a colour effect/ conditions to the report based on differentstyle conditions like greater, less, between, etc.

Here the user can create run time and real time mathematical formula for his own calculation fields on the particualr data..
