The View Right is assigned based on the role of the user in an organization. The administrator may assign this right to a user whose role requires exporting the reports.

Auto Filter in Schedule

It will help the user to filter the required schedule from the list.

Change 1KEY Metadata Source

This feature can be used in a situation, when the 1KEY server needs to be changed before logging on.

Change Password

The user can change the password to keep his report and details secured.

Change Source for 1KEY Web Services

This feature allows user to change the query server without logging in to 1KEY.

Copy Report Rights

Report rights of a particular user can be copied to another user in 1KEY.

Create Advance Query

It allows the query designer to directly enter the SQL statements in the query and generate results.

Create Date Parameter

It allows the user to apply the date filter.

Create Domain

A 1KEY administrator or an authorized user can create the domain as per the organizational requirements.

Create Numeric Parameter

It allows the user to apply the numeric filter.

Create Schedule

User can create their own schedules to generate reports at specific times and events as per user rights.

Create Server Using ODBC Connection

This will create a server using ODBC connection. Using Odbc connection ,a system DSN has to be selected for that perticular database type.

Create Server Using Oledb Connection

This will create a server using OLEDB connections Using Oledb connection provider should be able to select data as per the database.

Create Simple Query Using Query Builder

Query builder allows the user to type an SQL statement and generate its result.

Create SubDomain

User can create a sub domain in the amin domain as per the requirement to streamline the reporting right as well.

Create Text Cube Report

A normal text file can be imported and converted to a Cube Report format using creat Text Cube report

Create Text View Report

A normal text file can be imported and converted to a Text View Report format.

Create User Role

User roles can be defined as per the organisation requirements and rights

Create User

An 1KEY administrator or an authorized user can create users and assign them rights as per the organizational requirements.

Cross Hair

Cross hair is the set of perpendicular lines that intersect all the position of the mouse pointer and move with the mouse pointer.

Delete Domain

A 1KEY administrator or an authorized user can delete the existing domain.

Delete Role.htm

Authorized user can delete unused Roles . The rights assigned to the user also gets deleted when user is deleted.

Delete Schedule

Authorized User can delete a schedule from the Scheduler window.

Delete Server

Authorized User can delete an existing data server from the available server names.

Delete SubDomain

Authorized User can delete an existing subdomain.

Delete User

An 1KEY administrator or an authorized user can delete a particular 1KEY user.

Edit Role

Roles assigned to the user can be edited and changed. This may result in assigning additional, new roles to the user or removal of roles from the user.

Edit Schedule

A schedule can be edited or modify to change the time frequency or change other properties.

Excel Cube Report

You can create multidimensional Cube Reports by importing data from an existing Excel file.

Excel View Report

You can create a view report by importing an Excel file and defining required parameters for it.

Export In HTML Format

1KEY allows you to export the reports directly without opening the report. Using this option user can export the report to HTML formats.

Export Report to XML Format

1KEY allows you to export the reports directly without opening the report. Using this option user can export the report to XML formats.

Open Report

This will allow the user to open a report

Parameter Without using Query

User can create parameter without using query.

Parameterized Query

User can create parameter using query.

Run Schedule

The Scheduler can be started from the system tray where the Scheduler resides using run schedule

Set Polling Timer

Polling Time is the defined time interval after which the Scheduler automatically refreshes and fetches the new schedules.

Single Level Report

This will allows user to create a simple form of report This is the simplest of all the reports that can be generated using 1KEY.

Unlock User

It allows an authorized user or 1KEY administrator to unlock the logged in user.

Update User Parameter

Updating User Parameter feature allows an authorized user to assign user parameters to the selected user.

View Previous Scheduled History

User can view the history of previously scheduled reports. user can identify schedules, reports, domains, status, and many other attributes of the schedule.
